Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stack materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and verifying quantities against records.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and securing of cargo.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, current Forklift Operator Certification (PIP/CPH) or equivalent.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
