Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all freight is handled with care and placed in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, etc.).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.
