Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
