Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Receive incoming stock and verify counts against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
