Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize, stack, and inventory stockpiles to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a accident-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory numbers.
- Willingness to learn and operate forklifts under supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
