Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
