Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all heavy machinery to ensure compliance and safety.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
