Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack merchandise accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) with proficiency.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality standards before packaging items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping seasons.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required for the right candidate).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID to work in the United States.
