Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize inventory in designated racks and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CLP/OSHA) is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must have a clean driving record and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
