Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
