Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of stock.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging and palletizing.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick lists and shipping documents.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
