Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to order specifications and labels.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and stage pallets for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts are typically 8-10 hours).
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Willingness to learn new warehouse processes and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
