Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Organize and stack inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy access.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare and label shipments for distribution accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
