Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage inventory.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all forklift equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator with a valid license (CL, CLA, or LF).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8+ hours.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
