Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets and packing slips.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging to ensure zero errors.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect packaging materials for defects and ensure proper labeling and barcoding.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and inputting data.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
