Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders from the warehouse system with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately according to shipping standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
