Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management software to track inventory accurately.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours) with occasional lifting.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
