Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and staging of merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic reading and writing skills; familiarity with handheld scanners or computers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
