Responsibilities
- Retrieve and accurately select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on digital pick tickets.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe transit and customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Assist in regular inventory audits and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
