Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before shipping to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and shipping targets.
- Verify shipment contents against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
