Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts on your feet
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation certification provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
