Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies, reporting issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including nights and weekends.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required for commuting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
