Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and verify items from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials, ensuring they are labeled and ready for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve picking/packing errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
