Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive future-tech roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into product development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking and prototype next-generation concepts
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Deep understanding of global tech landscape, regulatory trends, and ethical implications
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFMP, CPSM) preferred
