We are looking for a visionary engineer to bridge the gap between classical deep learning and the emerging power of quantum computing. In this role, you will design scalable neural architectures that leverage quantum processors to solve complex optimization problems currently deemed intractable. You will work at the intersection of research and production, deploying next-generation models that define the technological roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance quantum hardware.
- Lead the development of scalable MLOps pipelines for quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists to translate research into production code.
- Conduct rigorous testing on noise and error mitigation strategies.
- Define technical standards for quantum AI integration within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
