Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D portfolio allocation and resource optimization for future-focused projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with executive-level presentation skills
- Track record of launching innovative products or services from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
