Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 overnight warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate documentation systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with third-party carriers and distribution teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in overnight operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
