Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets, boxes, and raw materials.
- Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to fulfill daily production targets and order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret shipping labels and manifests.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
