Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of obstacles.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Glendale facility.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and pass a simple background check (criminal record is not an automatic disqualifier).
