Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stack, and stage merchandise to ensure efficient warehouse flow and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and perform cycle counts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends.
