Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, reach trucks) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for hazardous materials handling
- Inspect and maintain equipment to operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support quality control measures and product integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
