Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract commercial vehicles using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory with RFID scanning technology
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvements
- Handle hazardous materials with specialized handling certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company test)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/shifts as needed)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
