Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting machinery with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Prepare and ship outgoing orders while verifying documentation and packaging integrity
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification and proven equipment operation skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to read and interpret shipping manifests
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including potential weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
