Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (equipment provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
