Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce order processing time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
