Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 99.5% order accuracy and meet daily quotas
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect and maintain inventory quality, reporting discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S standards at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Forklift certification (valid) or ability to pass company training
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
