Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, load, and unload materials.
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items from the shelves and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to Learn: No forklift experience needed; we provide on-site training.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
