Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organize and stock inventory with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class 1 or Class 3 preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
