Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Stage: Accurately retrieve items from the warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and pack them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate provided equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanning devices (RF guns).
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading pick tickets and handling merchandise.
- Reliability: Punctual with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
