Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper organization of inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts in compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately to supervisors.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Shipping Preparation: Pack, label, and prepare pallets for shipping according to customer specifications and carrier guidelines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for driving duties, if applicable).
