Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling, sealing, and weight verification before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, strictly adhering to all safety and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
