Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and pack them into boxes according to customer orders and shipping specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by logging stock movements and conducting regular stock checks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and clutter-free to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for weighing packages and calculating shipping costs.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
