Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Sort, bundle, and label packages according to shipping requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or delays.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or RF equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
