Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move stock within the cold storage environment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and temperature control regulations.
- Keep storage aisles organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in extreme cold environments (below 40°F).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
