Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Order Accuracy: Verify orders against packing slips to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day, Swing, or Night).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Legality: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (No Background Check Required).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols.
