Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damage, or errors before packing to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Labeling: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation to all packages in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep your workstation and aisles organized and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyors as required by the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software (WMS) quickly.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
