Responsibilities
- Efficient Inventory Retrieval: Accurately pick and gather products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Secure Packaging: Pack items securely into boxes or pallets, ensuring they are ready for safe distribution.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify that the correct items are being shipped to prevent errors.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a tidy work area and ensure stock is organized efficiently to optimize workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
