Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming stock and materials for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
