Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select products from shelves based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify item numbers using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move heavy inventory efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects before packaging and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners; no prior experience required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
