Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Scan and verify barcodes to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and organizing stockroom areas.
- Handle returns and damaged goods in strict accordance with company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a handheld scanner.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk continuously throughout the shift.
